Welcome to CELA Online Society! The Central Eurasian Leadership Alliance (CELA) unites the most impressive leaders of Central Asia, Caucasus and Afghanistan!
We now have 250+ CELA fellows from business, NGO, government and other sectors.
We are growing bigger and our next task force is to strengthen the links we have by communicating.
This blog space is created by CELA fellows to serve as a platform to share thoughts and walk through challenges we face together.
We invite all CELA leaders to help author this blog. There are two ways you can contribute. One is by commenting on others’ posts. Simply follow the ‘Comment’ link that follows each posting, scroll down, and start writing. OR start your own blog.
We do not have a strict policy here: write whatever you want and how you want BUT keep in mind the rule of freedom of speech “the freedom of speech limits itself when another person’s rights are violated”.
